Unity of Direction কাকে বলে?

ব্যবস্থাপনার যে প্রধানের ভিত্তি এই ধারণা যে, একই কর্মকান্ডে লিপ্ত দলের সব সদস্যরা অবশ্যই একই লক্ষ্য ভাগ করে নেবে তাকে Unity of Direction বা নির্দেশনার ঐক্য বলা হয়।
