Deal Closing কাকে বলে?

একটি লেনদেনের যে পর্যায়ে চূড়ান্ত ক্রয়ের চুক্তিগুলো এবং ঋণের চুক্তিগুলো সম্পাদিত হয় এবং তহবিলগুলো সংশ্লিষ্ট পক্ষগুলোর কাছে প্রেরিত হয় তাকে Deal Closing বা লেনদেন সমাপ্তি বলা হয়।
