Remuneration কাকে বলে?

চাকরীর জন্য অর্থ, বেতন, বা মজুরি, ভাতাসমূহ এবং সুবিধাসমূহ রূপে প্রদানকৃত পুরস্কারকে Remuneration বা পারিশ্রমিক বলা হয়। যেমন: কোম্পানির গাড়ি, চিকিৎসা পরিকল্পনা, পেনশন পরিকল্পনা, বোনাস, নগদ উদ্দীপক, এবং অনগদ উদ্দীপকসমূহের আর্থিক মূল্য।
