Commonly Confused Words
Economic/Economics vs EconomicalEconomic means something relating to economics. Economics studies the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services and their management in terms of money.
Eatable vs EdibleEatable refers to something fit to be consumed as food. কোনো ব্যক্তির কাছে কোনো কিছু যখন খাওয়ার যোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হয়, তখন সেই খাদ্য দ্রব্য ওই ব্যক্তির কাছে Eatable.
Continuous vs ContinualContinuous describes something that occurs over space or time without interruption. Continuous বলতে কোনোরকম বিরাম ছাড়াই কোনো কিছু সংগঠিত হওয়াকে বোঝায়।
Cold vs CoolCold means a relatively low temperature; feeling an uncomfortable lack of warmth. (Cold দিয়ে কষ্টদায়ক ঠান্ডা কে বোঝানো হয় সাধারণত।)
Clear vs CleanThe word ‘clear’ means clean and uncluttered, without distractions or confusion. (কোনো কিছু স্বচ্ছ বা স্পষ্ট বুঝাতে Clear ব্যবহৃত হয়।)
Cheap vs ChiefThe word ‘cheap’ means relatively low in price or charging low prices. (সস্তা বা সহজলভ্য কোন কিছু বোঝাতে Cheap ব্যবহৃত হয়।)
Beautiful vs Handsome/ Good lookingThe adjective ‘beautiful’ describes a thing that is pleasing to the senses. (সাধারণত মেয়েদের জন্য Beautiful শব্দটি ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকে)
Aural vs OralThe word ‘aural’ means of relating to the ear or the sense of hearing. (শ্রবণ বা কর্ণ এর সাথে সম্পর্কিত বুঝাতে Aural ব্যবহৃত হয়।)

Data & DatumData মানে হলো facts (তথ্যাবলী) এবং এটি plural. Data শব্দটি দ্বারা যখন information বোঝানো হয় তখন এটির পরে singular verb বসে।
