Idioms:

  • A rainy day ( দুর্দিন ) Everybody should save something for rainy day.
  • walk in someone shoes ( কারো অভিজ্ঞতা বা অবস্থানে থাকা বোঝায় ) When you walk in my shoes, you might understand.
  • In a fix ( মুশকিলে পতিত ) He is in a fix and does not know what to do.
  • In a nut shell ( খুব সংক্ষেপে ) Tell the story in a nut shell.
