Appropriate Preposition:

  • Persist in ( লেগে থাকা ) He persisted in disturbing me.
  • Prefer to ( অধিক পছন্দ করা ) I prefer coffee to tea.
  • Die of ( মারা যাওয়া (রোগ) ) He died of cholera.
  • Endowed with ( ভূষিত ) He is endowed with talents.
  • Oblige to ( বাধিত করা ) I am obliged to him for his co-operation.

Idioms:

  • a bad apple ( কোনো একটা দলের সব ভালোর মধ্যে খারাপ বা মন্দটা ) In any group of average citizens there are bound to be a few bad apples.
