Appropriate Preposition:

  • Commence on ( শুরু করা ) Our examination commences on the 3rd July.
  • Deaf of ( বধির ) He is deaf of one ear.
  • Vexed with ( বিরক্ত (ব্যক্তি) ) He is vexed with me at my conduct.
  • Deal in ( ব্যবসা করা ) He deals in rice.
  • Plead for ( ওকালতি করা (কোনকিছু) ) I pleaded with him for justice (against the wrong done to me).
  • Difference between ( পার্থক্য ) There is no difference between the two brothers.

Idioms:

  • By and large ( প্রধানতঃ ) People in our village are by and large farmers.
