Idioms:

  • be up and doing ( উঠে-পড়ে লাগা )
  • be in ones bad books ( কারও অপ্রিয় হওয়া )
  • Curry favour ( তোষামোদ করিয়ে প্রিয় হওয়া ) He knows how to curry favour with officers.
