Appropriate Preposition:

  • Respect to ( সম্বন্ধে ) We are talking with respect to that matter.
  • Need of ( প্রয়োজনীয় ) I am in need of more money.
  • Responsible for ( দায়ী (কোন কার্জ) ) He is responsible to the committee for his action.
  • Plead with ( ওকালতি করা (ব্যক্তি) ) I pleaded with him for justice.
  • Officiate for ( পরিবর্তে কাজ করা (ব্যক্তি) ) He officiated for me in that post.
  • Limit to ( সীমা ) You should have a limit to your demands.

Idioms:

  • Bring to light ( প্রকাশ করা ) At last all the facts were brought to light.
  • Achilles heel ( দুর্বলতা বা ত্রুটি ) He is trying to hide but everybody knows his achilles' heel
