E.G. হলো ল্যাটিন শব্দ, exempli gratia-এর সংক্ষিপ্ত রূপ। যার অর্থ হচ্ছে উদাহরণস্বরূপ বা যেমন।
E.G. is the abbreviation of the Latin word, exempli gratia which means for example.
Examples:
- There were many types of flowers in the garden, e.g. rose, marigold, jasmine, tulip and so on.
- I saw different kinds of birds in that place, e.g. sparrow, robin, nightingale, snipe, etc.
