Centre/center (কেন্দ্র,মধ্যস্থান) & Middle (মাঝখান, মধ্যবর্তী)
Centre একটি বিন্দু বা কেন্দ্রকে নির্দিষ্ট করে বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Center এবং Centre এর মধ্যে সাধারণত কোন পার্থক্য নেই। Center হলো American English এবং Centre হলো British English.
Example:
- All the radius from the centre of a circle are of same length. (Middle নয় )
- Rahat walked to the center of the monument.
Middle হলো Centre এর নিকটের বা চারপাশের অনির্দিষ্ট কিছু জায়গা।
Example:
- We were then in the middle of the auditorium. (Centre নয়)
- We're in the middle of the discussion.
