Appropriate Preposition:

  • Obsessed by ( উদ্বিগ্ন ) He is obsessed by the idea.
  • Subject to ( শর্তাধীন ) This is subject to approval of the committee.
  • Sure of ( নিশ্চিত ) I am sure of success.
  • Offended at ( বিরক্ত (কোন কাজে) ) I am offended with you at your conduct.
  • Vary from ( আলাদা হওয়া ) His opinion varies from his brother's.
  • Occupied in ( নিয়োজিত ) He is occupied in writing a letter.

Idioms:

  • but me no buts ( কিন্তু কিন্তু করো না )
  • bad debts ( অশোধ্য বা অনাদায়ী ঋন ; যে ঋন শোধ করা যাবে না )
  • Fall flat ( ফলপ্রসূ না হওয়া ) My advice feel fiat on him.
