Childish is used in case of adults in a critical sense and describes such behavior which is non-adult, petulant and spoilt.

Childlike
Childlike শব্দটিও একটি adjective.
Meaning as an adjective:
শিশুর মতো সরল বা নির্দোষ। এই শব্দটি প্রশংসাসূচক অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং এটা worldly (পার্থিব) ও cynical (কঠোর) শব্দগুলোর বিপরীতার্থক।
Simple or innocent like a child. This word is used in a praising sense. It is the opposite of worldly and cynical.
