Motivation কাকে বলে?
Definition (1):
যেভাবে তাড়না বা প্রয়োজন একজন ব্যক্তির আচরণকে একটি নির্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্য অর্জনের দিকে ধাবিত করে তাকে Motivation বা প্রেরণা বলে; এটা লক্ষ্যটি অর্জনের জন্য প্রয়াসের মাত্রাকে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে।
