Equity বা ইকুইটি সাধারণতঃ যাকে শেয়ারহোল্ডার ইকুইটি বা শেয়াহোল্ডারর্স ইকুইটি বা ভাগীদারদের ইকুইটি বলা হয়, এটা সেই অর্থের পরিমাণ উপস্থাপন করে যা কোম্পানির সব সম্পদ বিক্রয় করা হয়ে গেলে এবং কোম্পানির সব দেনা পরিশোধ করা হয়ে গেলে কোম্পানির ভাগীদারদেরকে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
