Diffusion বা ব্যাপন বা বিক্ষেপণ হলো উচ্চ ঘনত্বের অঞ্চল থেকে নিম্ন ঘনত্বের অঞ্চলে যে কোনও কিছুর (যেমন: পরমাণু, আয়ন, অণুসমূহের) নীট চলন।
