Cloth (থান কাপড় বা অম্বর) & Clothes (পশাক বা পরিধেয় বস্ত্র ) :
Cloth হচ্ছে থান কাপড় যা দিয়ে পোশাক বানানো হয়ে থাকে।
Example:
- It need at least three yard cloth to make a Kamiz. (Clothes নয়)
- We use cloth to make clothes.
Clothes হচ্ছে পোশাক বা পরিধেয় যা থান কাপড় দিয়ে বানানো হয়ে থাকে। Such as- Shirts, Pants, Suit & Dress etc.
Example:
- Jahid is wearing his new clothes. (Cloth নয় )
- Change your clothes.
- I do not like wearing anybody else's clothes.
- Pack your clothes and come back with me.
