Appropriate Preposition:

  • Add to ( যোগ করা ) Add this to that.
  • Marry to ( বিবাহ দেওয়া ) He married his daughter to a rich man.
  • Plead with ( ওকালতি করা (ব্যক্তি) ) I pleaded with him for justice.
  • Encroach on ( অনধিকার প্রবেশ করা ) Do not encroach on my land.

  • Callous to ( উদাসীন ) He is callous to my suffering.

Idioms:

  • Take one to task ( তিরস্কার করা ) He was taken to task for negligence of duty.
