Appropriate Preposition:

  • Composed of ( তৈরি ) Water is composed of Hydrogen and Oxygen.
  • End in ( শেষ হওয়া ) All his plans ended in smoke.
  • Enter into ( প্রবেশ করা ) He entered into the room.
  • Liable to ( দায়ী ) He is liable to fine for his misconduct.
  • Parallel to ( সমান্তরাল ) This line is parallel to that.
  • Deaf to ( শুনতে অনিচ্ছুক ) He is deaf to my request.

Idioms:

  • Man of straw ( অপদার্থ লোক ) We do not care a fig for a man of straw like him.
