Appropriate Preposition:

  • Complain against ( অভিযোগ করা (অন্য ব্যক্তি) ) The complained to the Director against the Manager about her behavior.
  • Divide between ( ভাগ করা (দুটি বা দুজন) ) Divide the apple between Raqib and Shafique.

Idioms:

  • Irony of fate ( ভাগ্যের পরিহাস ) He could not succeed by irony of fate.
  • On the spur of the moment ( মুহুর্তের উত্তেজনায় ) He did it on the spur of the moment.
  • At the eleventh hour ( শেষ মুহূর্তে ) he doctor came to the patient at the eleventh hour.
  • Steer clear of ( এড়াইয়া চলা ) You must steer clear of evil company.
